Arrival time: from 17:00 to 20:00.
In case of late arrival there is an additional cost that must be paid in cash at the time of check in:
- From 20 to 22h: 20€
- From 22 to 00h: 35€
- From midnight 00h: 45€

Maximum 10 guests.
This is a very familiar and quiet urbanization.
It is very important to respect the comunity rules to avoid neighborhood problems.
For the same reason, civil behavior is requested when living in an urbanization, not playing loud music and respecting the silence at night from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of the reservation through the platform.
The apartment is suitable for babies and small children. The terraces have bars, so very young children should be supervised in these areas. It is on the first floor.
We have travel cots and high chairs for rent, which must be paid in cash at check-in:
- Travel cot €10/one-time cost for the entire stay.
- High chair €10/one-time cost for the entire stay
An agreement will be signed upon arrival.
Groups of people under 30 years of age are not allowed, nor are parties allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
The air conditioning must be turned off when no one is in the house.
Upon departure, the house must be left in acceptable condition and the guest must take out the garbage.
