Three storey bungalow in a very quiet urbanisation 5 minutes from one of the best beaches in the province. Ideal for families.
The property has air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living room and bedrooms, free Wi-Fi and communal swimming pool open all year round.
The distribution of the property is as follows:
On the ground floor there is the living-dining room, the kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
Continuing with the ground floor, we have at the front, which is the entrance of the house, a terrace with armchairs and garden table that serves as a chillout area, where you can enjoy a good coffee or tea.
The second terrace on the ground floor is at the back and is accessed through the kitchen. It has a round table and four comfortable high-backed chairs where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the open air.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms (the master bedroom with two beds joined to form a large double bed, which has a small balcony, and the other bedroom with two single beds) and a full bathroom.
From the first floor there is access to the two solarium, one of them with a small table and two garden chairs where you can enjoy a nice sun bath.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Minimum stay of 11 nights.

Arrival time: from 17:00 to 20:00.
In case of late arrival there is an additional cost that must be paid in cash at the time of check in:
- From 20 to 22h: 20€
- From 22 to 00h: 35€
- From midnight 00h: 45€

Maximum 4 guests.
This is a very familiar and quiet urbanization.
It is very important to respect the pool rules to avoid neighborhood problems.
For the same reason, civil behavior is requested when living in an urbanization, not playing loud music and respecting the silence at night from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of the reservation through the platform.
We have travel cots and high chairs for rent, which must be paid in cash at check-in:
- Travel cot €10/one-time cost for the entire stay.
- High chair €10/one-time cost for the entire stay.
For long stays of more than 28 days, the monthly price includes water, internet and electricity, but in the latter a maximum expenditure of €90 is contemplated, more than enough to keep the house at a good temperature in winter.
If the amount of electricity expenditure exceeds €90, the guest must pay the difference.
An agreement will be signed upon arrival.
Groups of people under 30 years of age are not allowed, nor are parties allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
No pets allowed.
The air conditioning must be turned off when no one is in the house.
Upon departure, the house must be left in acceptable condition and the guest must take out the garbage.
