Arrival time: from 17:00 to 20:00.
In case of late arrival there is an additional cost that must be paid in cash at the time of check in:

This is a very familiar and quiet urbanization.
It is very important to respect the pool rules to avoid neighborhood problems.
For the same reason, civil behavior is requested when living in an urbanization, not playing loud music and respecting the silence at night from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of the reservation through the platform.
You should always notify in advance when traveling with pets.
From experience in previous reservations we know that dogs get stressed and have a hard time if they are left alone in a home that is not theirs and they do not know. Thank you for not leaving them alone and always accompanying them while they are in the apartment.
We know that anyone who travels with their dog knows that he behaves well wherever he goes. So, enjoy the holidays.
For long stays of more than 28 days, the monthly price includes water, internet and electricity, but in the latter a maximum expenditure of €120 is contemplated, more than enough to keep the house at a good temperature in winter.
If the amount of electricity expenditure exceeds €120, the guest must pay the difference.
An agreement will be signed upon arrival.
Groups of people under 30 years of age are not allowed, nor are parties allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
The air conditioning must be turned off when no one is in the house.
Upon departure, the house must be left in acceptable condition and the guest must take out the garbage.
You will find the barbecue clean and it must be left in the same condition, otherwise €30 will be charged.
