Magnificent three-story semi-detached house for 6 people in a family-friendly development. Spacious and modern, offering all the comforts of a wonderful home by the sea.
It features a large recreational area with a swimming pool, basketball court, picnic area, children’s playground, restrooms, and more. It will delight the whole family.
Along with all the amenities you might need for a wonderful vacation: restaurants, cafes, a playground, and more.
All rooms in the house have air conditioning (hot/cold) and free Wi-Fi.
On the ground floor, there is a living-dining room, a separate kitchen, and a restroom with a washing machine. Outside, there is a porch with a small table and chairs and a large L-shaped patio with a round table and chairs for dining and outdoor sofas with a table for enjoying a coffee or tea while enjoying the sun.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed for two, and a third bedroom, also with a queen-size bed for two. There is also a spacious full bathroom with a bathtub.
On the second floor, there is a roof terrace where you can enjoy the views and the beautiful weather.
Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Arrival time: from 17:00 to 20:00.
In case of late arrival there is an additional cost that must be paid in cash at the time of check in:
- From 20 to 22h: 20€
- From 22 to 00h: 35€
- From midnight 00h: 45€

Maximum 6 guests.
This is a very familiar and quiet urbanization.
It is very important to respect the pool rules to avoid neighborhood problems.
For the same reason, civil behavior is requested when living in an urbanization, not playing loud music and respecting the silence at night from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of the reservation through the platform.
For long stays of more than 28 days, the monthly price includes water, internet and electricity, but in the latter a maximum expenditure of €120 is contemplated, more than enough to keep the house at a good temperature in winter.
If the amount of electricity expenditure exceeds €120, the guest must pay the difference.
An agreement will be signed upon arrival.
Groups of people under 30 years of age are not allowed, nor are parties allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
The air conditioning must be turned off when no one is in the house.
Upon departure, the house must be left in acceptable condition and the guest must take out the garbage.
You will find the barbecue clean and it must be left in the same condition, otherwise €30 will be charged.
