This magnificent semi-detached villa is located in one of the best developments in Gran Alacant, with garden areas, a paddle tennis court and a large rectangular swimming pool with sea views.
Enjoy your stay in a quiet, very safe development with wonderful sea views.
The house has three floors and because it is built on a cliff, it is accessed through the middle floor, unlike all the houses.
On the middle floor (main access) there is the living-dining room with direct access to a terrace that connects to the rest of the garden, the full kitchen, a full bathroom with a shower and the laundry room.
On the lowest floor there is a very large and spacious bedroom with a very large bed for 2 people with access to a huge outdoor terrace with several tables and chairs, sun loungers, a barbecue and with incredible sea views from the height of the cliff where the house is located.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms (two with a double bed for 2 people each, one with a large open balcony with sea views and another with a trundle bed and two full bathrooms.
Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout the house.
Minimum reservation 11 nights.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Arrival time: from 17:00 to 20:00.
In case of late arrival there is an additional cost that must be paid in cash at the time of check in:
- From 20 to 22h: 20€
- From 22 to 00h: 35€
- From midnight 00h: 45€

Maximum 8 guests.
This is a very familiar and quiet urbanization.
It is very important to respect the pool rules to avoid neighborhood problems.
For the same reason, civil behavior is requested when living in an urbanization, not playing loud music and respecting the silence at night from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of the reservation through the platform.
For long stays of more than 28 days, the monthly price includes water, internet and electricity, but in the latter a maximum expenditure of €140 is contemplated, more than enough to keep the house at a good temperature in winter.
If the amount of electricity expenditure exceeds €140, the guest must pay the difference.
An agreement will be signed upon arrival.
Groups of people under 30 years of age are not allowed, nor are parties allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
No pets allowed.
The air conditioning must be turned off when no one is in the house.
Upon departure, the house must be left in acceptable condition and the guest must take out the garbage.
You will find the barbecue clean and it must be left in the same condition, otherwise €30 will be charged.
